Eddie Money was only the professional name, and Actual name was Edward Joseph Mahoney. He was born on the 21st of March,1949. He was an American Singer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. He had his glories in the 70s and 80s with the strings of platinum albums and Top 40. Eddie Money is well known for songs such as “Baby Hold On”, “Two Tickets to Paradise”, “Think I’m In Love”, “Shakin'”, “Take Me Home Tonight”, “I Wanna Go Back”, “Walk on Water”, and “The Love in Your Eyes”.
During that decade-plus, Money also deteriorated into drug and alcohol abuse, almost dying of an overdose that left him unable to walk for a year. Eddie Money is survived by his wife Laurie and five children, daughter Jesse Money, and sons Zachary, Joseph, Desmond, and Julian.

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving husband and father. We cannot imagine our world without him. We are grateful that he will live on forever through his music.”
