The Cyberpunk thriller series is back again with the Season Two. Being Netflix’s one of the costliest production, the series has not failed to gain the viewer’s attention. Created by Laeta Kalogridis, the series premiered on February 2, 2018, with ten episodes. Later, followed by Season 2, which aired on February 27, 2020, with eight episodes.
Due to a high fan base, the movie has an anime adaptation as well, which released recently on March 19, 2020. Like we said earlier, this is one of the expensive production for Netflix after Game of Thrones. There were several controversies regarding season 1, for which they had to change one of the actors in the series because fans alleged the creators for “whitewashing the main character, Takeshi Kovacs.

The season two released on February 27, 2020. The trailer of Season two was out on February 11, 2020. In season two, we will see Anthony Mackie as Takeshi Kovacs.
The Cast for Season 2
The main cast for season two includes Anthony Mackie (Takeshi Kovacs), who is the last soldier of Envoy, Edgar Poe (Chris Conner) an AI, that helps Kovacs to run his operations. Renée Elise (Quellcrist), the leader of Envoys, Lela Loren (Danica Harlan) who belongs to Harlan’s World. The other cast members include Simone Missick, Dina Shihabi, and Torben Liebrecht.
Plot for Season 2
The whole series is based on stacks. They are used to create a copy of a person’s consciousness and use it on an individual. In season two, we see Takeshi Kovac, who returns to the Harlan’s World, with the desire to find his long lost love, Quell. Meth tracks him down and offers him to investigate a murder, and a chance to see Quell again.
