Lucifer is a very big hit show and gained many fans worldwide. It even crossed the viewership of Game of Thrones and became the number one show on Netflix. The good news is Lucifer is renewing for its next installment. This show is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer Television, DC Entertainment, and Warner Bros.

The story is based on the adventures of Lucifer Morningstar, who is from Hell. Lucifer comes to Los Angeles and runs a night club. By the consequences, happening LA cops will meet him. Series is the pack of action, fantasy.


The storyline of the 5th season will be like Lucifer will be looking after the matters of the Hell. All the unanswered questions of the previous season will get answers like what happened to Maze and Eve, also whether Lucifer will remain in Hell or return back to the earth.

Rachael Harris as Dr. Linda Martin, Inbar Lavi as Eve, Kevin Alejandro as Detective Dan Espinoza, Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen, many more characters. Some new villains may also appear in the upcoming season.


There is no official announcement of the release date of Lucifer. Actually, its release is a plan for the summer of 2020. But there is a delay going on. Season 5 will have ten episodes. Later six more episodes are announced. So totally, there are 16 episodes coming from season 5.

How Does Chloe Make Luci Vulnerable?

In season 4, Eve comes back and wants to be in relation to Lucifer. But Lucifer likes Chloe and confesses his love. As he is weak when he is with Chloe, Lucifer returns back to Hell.
