‘Fantastic Beast 3’: Is it Cancelled? Expected Release date, Cast-Eddie Redmayn and Dan Fogler, plot and all the latest updates you need to know!


The much-awaited Harry Potter spin-off movie trilogy is coming back with its third installment! The Fantastic Beast is a film series produced and written by J.K Rowling in her writing debut. The first installment, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them premiered on November 18, 2016. Following that, the second part Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald released on November 16, 2018. Both the parts have received a positive reception, and the first film became the 8th highest-grossing film of 2016. 

It also had won the recognition for becoming the best opening for a wizarding film. Fans are excited to know if there is a season 3 coming. Let’s discuss it here!

Release Date of Fantastic Beast 3

The third part of the film is to release on November 12, 2021. Initially, the release had decided to be in 2020, but due to the pandemic, it got delayed. The filming for the third part started in February 2020. Steve Kloves will return as a writer for the third edition after being absent for the first two. As of now, no official trailers have released.

The Cast for Fantastic Beast 3

Since few of them got killed in the earlier parts, not all will make their comeback. There is no official news about the casting for the third installment. However, we are pretty sure that Eddie Redmayne will continue his role as Newt Scamander. We also have Katherine Waterston as Tina, Dan Fogler, as Jacob Kowalski. We doubt we will see Zoë Kravitz as Leta Lestrange as she sacrifices herself to Grindelwald. Johnny Depp will continue the role of Grindelwald.


The Plot for Season 3

The story said to take place in the 1930s, might take place about young Albus Dumbledore played by Jude Law. There isn’t any official news about the plot as of now. We will keep you updated!
