Uh oh!!! Guess there’s some sad news about the grand finale of the Kingkiller Chronicle Book series. After the grand success of the first two books of the trilogy, it seems the author is planning a more riveting and adventurous journey for his readers.
The much-awaited Heroic Fantasy series by Patrick Rothfuss is yet to announce its final chapter. Even after a decade’s wait, if the author has not yet announced the release of the finale, we are surely waiting for something big!!!
What do we know so far about the book?
In the first two books of the trilogy, we find a detailed story of the adventurer and lyricist Kvothe and his various curt and fascinating escapades.
Lastly, we had seen a screenshot of the first draft of the book in 2013 when Rothfuss had posted a picture on Google+. But with Google+ erased from the history of the web, we have no more news about the book. After a long gap of seven years, in February 2015, in an interview with Chilean newspaper, El Mercurio Rothfuss has given hints that there might be 13 subplots in the upcoming book. Adding to that, the author also mentioned that the plots needed to be balanced with one another to ensure that they don’t conflict and that his readers deserve a perfect book.
