Release Date of Dying Light 2
At E3 2018, during the Xbox press conference, the development of the game was announced by Avellone. The technology officer of Techland, Pawal Rohledar, stated that the game would be a cross-generation title during an interview with Wccftech on July 25, 2019. The game was scheduled to be released in the Spring of 2020, as announced at the Microsoft E3 2019 conference. But now it was delayed by Techland in January of 2020 to a further date which has not bee officially announced yet.
The Demo of the game
The Demo was first shown at E3 2019, which was later released on the internet. The Demo is for 25 minutes which showcases combat, choice-driven story, and expanded parkour systems. New gadgets such as swinging hook, glider, and pulleys are also seen. The Demo was worth the wait.

The Dying Light 2 is set fifteen years after the Dying Light, which is based on a zombie apocalyptic open-world game. A new protagonist will be seen in the game known by the name Aiden Caldwell. Various parkour skills are equipped with him. Various actions can be performed by the players such as sliding, climbing ledges, wall running for quick navigation of the city, and leaping off from edges.
The game is more advanced than the first one with double parkour moves. In the game majority of the fighting weapons used are melee weapons, so it is said that the game is melee-based.
