The American Crime Drama and thriller series, Ozark is created by Bill Dubuque and Mark Williams and features on Netflix. The show has already completed two successful seasons on the air and is ready to release a third season this 27th of March 2020.
The first season came out on The 21st of July 2017 with 10 episodes on Netflix and focused on how Marty Byrde’s (Jason Bateman) second Job as a money launderer or relating to a drug cartel became his primary job and how he with his family had to change homes and face difficulties owing to that.
Whereas, the second season released on August 31st, 2018 and held the story of how Marty tries to hold together his business, both legitimate and illegitimate and carries on with his smartness and the problems he faces. The series was renewed for a third season in October 2018 itself and will be out on Netflix soon on March 27!
Will there be an Ozark season 4!?
The creators in a recent press conference revealed that they initially planned 5 seasons for the show but did not officially hint anything about a 4th season.
With the third season on its way and considering the popularity of the show, it is quite invertible to have a 4th season at this point in time!
The expected date for season 4:
Assuming if season 3 of the show streams well, we can roughly expect season 4 to start production in late 2020 or early 2021 and plan a release around the beginning or mid-2022 similar to the pattern followed by the prior 3 seasons!

The third season would comprise of 10 new episodes which would develop on the plot of Marty’s new casino and how the characters have their own past coming to haunt them and how they overcome that!
All in all, Ozark season 3 would be an amazing show to watch and so would be Ozark season 4 if approved!
