Release Date:

The fourth season of the series might release in April 2020. The official Instagram account of the show invited fans, “join Uhtred as the battle continues”. So the will be back this year. It is also a possibility that the show will be available on Netflix after the official trailer is released.

Plot:

The filming of season 4 took place from April to October of 2019. This season will comprise of ten episodes.

We don’t know what exactly will happen in this season because the trailer has not been released nor has any actor from the show talked much about this season. But we have some strong feelings that this season will have a lot of fights and deaths in it.

The story will revolve around Uthred, Aelfric, Beocca and the death of Aelfric. After the death of Aelfric, Uthred will challenge Beocca to take possession of his homeland. Uthred will do absolutely everything to win this war against his uncle. Some events might also lead to a cultural lift.

This season will create a mess. Happy watching!
