The Crown Season 4: Release Date, Cast and Plot. Here’s everything we know so far!

It was an anxious wait for the fans as the series took two years to release its season 3.  A new cast was seen in the new season of the series but nobody could forget about the old ones.

The show is created by Peter Morgan.

We have good news! Because season 3 was such a huge hit, season 4 is already in the makes. We all know this season will be no less of a season than the other ones.

Release Date of Season 4:

There has been no official release date announced by the creators of the show. The new season will likely be released by the end of the year. We are sure of one thing, that is filming has begun a long time ago.

The plot of Season 4:

Season 3 mainly focused on the years between 1964 to 1976. So, this season will mostly focus on the 80s. This season is going to bring us some very exciting content. We might see the wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. OMG! I’m already excited. We will see

The cast of Season 4:

The cast will be the same as that of season 3. But there are always chances that we might see some new faces in season 4.

Princess Diana will be played by Emma Caron. Margaret Thatcher will be played by Gillian Anderson. Josh O’Connor will play the role of Prince Charles. Claire Foy will make a small appearance in the new season for a flashback scene.

There is one question left now. Will there be any more seasons in the future? There is still no clarity about this because Morgon has not made any comments on this topic. We can only wish that we see more about the Queen in the future of Netflix.

Happy watching guys!
